Java Problems

If you simply do not have java on your system you may download it here

If you are getting a browser3x error Try clearing your Temp Internet files from your Internet Options before you try anything else. If you have Sun Java also check your Computers Control Panel for Java Plug-in. Double click it if it's there. Then click the Cache Tab and hit the Clear button.

Popup Blockers like the one in Zone Alarm have been known to cause browser3x problems. So you may want to try disabling your popup blocker if you get this error a lot.

If You can't see all the rooms list...

This seems to be a bug with suns latest version of java that won't allow the scroll bar to go all the way down the rooms list.. It can easily be fixed by following these simple steps.....

 

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to internet options click the advanced tab and look for "java (sun)" under that should be Microsoft VM. UNCHECK the box next to Java (sun). Then make sure there is a check mark in the box next to JIT Compiler for virtual machine. It should look something like the image below..

If you do not have JIT Compiler for virtual machine (this is common for people with windows XP) you will need to download and install it first. You may download it from here then follow the steps above.

Clear your Temp Internet files!

Problem solved! You should be able to see the full room listing now :)

If you do not use internet Explorer, or for some strange reason want to still use suns version of java, you'll need to use an older version of suns java that can be found here. Once you download and install it, go to your computers control panel and double click on the Java plug-in icon and click the advanced tab.

Select the JRE 1.4.1 from the list.

Click apply and you should be all fixed.
